I went to a film presentation tonight at the Books & Books in Coral Gables for a film called Lemonade. It is about creative advertising professionals who were laid off in this recession and their innovative approach to making a living. It was amazing! The film has not yet been released but I highly recommend it to anyone who is unemployed, hates their job or is unsure about what to do with their life. Its hope-reviving and totally inspiring. I feel like quitting my job and doing my own thing!..(whatever that may be). The writer of the film, Eric Proulx (who is also featured in the film), was there to present it. You can sign up to be notified when the film comes out at lemonademovie.com and watch the trailer there, too. Be prepared to feel the urge to do something crazy and a little wreckless.
